It might have only hit theaters recently, but anyone who hasn’t yet seen Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse in theaters or wants to re-watch it without shelling out ticket money might be wondering when it comes to streaming, particularly the leading services, Disney Plus and Netflix. Coming straight from the minds at Sony Pictures, Across the Spider-Verse acts as the animated sequel to Into the Spider-Verse, and the franchise as a whole — which is awaiting a third installment in the coming years — is considered some of the best Spider-Man content in existence.
Although it’s still showing in theaters, the streaming schedule for Across the Spider-Verse is a bit more complicated than we’ve seen from past Marvel releases, due to the fact that the property of Spider-Man is jointly owned by both Marvel and Sony.
